Terms of Service

Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Indobiz Corner’s websites, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Company: PT Cipta Dinamika ("Company", "we", "us"). Client: any individual or entity that uses the Platform ("Client", "you"). Effective Date and Version are shown at the end of this page.

Scope of Services

We provide consultation and facilitation services including, without limitation: visa and immigration advisory, company establishment advisory, tax consulting, content and blog resources, and a media library for file management within the Platform. We act as consultants/intermediaries only and do not issue government approvals. Final decisions remain the sole prerogative of the relevant authorities.

Accounts & Authentication

• You are responsible for the accuracy of account information and for safeguarding credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security incident.
• Admin/Staff roles may grant elevated access. You agree not to share or transfer access rights.

Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

• No illegal, infringing, defamatory, or harmful activities.
• No malware, attempts to breach security, or abusive automated requests.
• No uploading confidential/sensitive personal data to publicly served areas.
• Comply with applicable laws and respect intellectual property rights.

User Content & Media Library

You retain ownership of content you upload ("User Content"). By uploading, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display User Content solely to operate and improve the Services. Some files may be delivered via public URLs (e.g., /images/* or /storage/*). Do not upload confidential or sensitive information to public areas. We may remove or disable content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

• File type/size limits may apply. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to upload.
• We log uploads for security and compliance (e.g., user, IP, filename, size, mime type).
• Takedown: report violations to Info@indobizcorner.com; we may restrict or remove content.

Payments, Fees & Refunds

Fees are disclosed prior to purchase. Unless stated otherwise, payments are due in IDR and are non‑refundable once processing has commenced. Government fees, taxes, or third‑party charges are your responsibility. Chargebacks or payment disputes should be raised promptly with supporting details.

Consultation Scheduling & Cancellations

• Rescheduling is subject to availability; please notify us within reasonable time.
• No‑show or late cancellations may forfeit fees as disclosed at booking.
• Time zone and communication channel details will be provided in booking confirmations.

Privacy & Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with applicable laws (including Indonesia’s PDP Law). We collect necessary information to operate the Platform (e.g., account data, logs, upload metadata). See our Privacy Policy for categories, purposes, retention, rights, and contact details. By using the Platform, you consent to our data processing practices as described therein.

The Platform may use cookies/analytics. See your browser settings for controls and consult our Privacy Policy for additional information.

Third‑party Services

We may rely on third‑party providers (e.g., storage/CDN, email, analytics, payment processors). Availability or performance of third‑party services is outside our reasonable control. We are not liable for third‑party outages, but we will use reasonable efforts to mitigate service impact.

Service Availability & Maintenance

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes. We will act reasonably to minimize disruption.

Intellectual Property

The Platform (including software, UI, content, and trademarks) is owned by the Company or its licensors and protected by law. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Platform. You retain ownership of your User Content as stated above and grant us the limited license needed to operate the Services.

Disclaimers

The Services and any informational content (including blogs and guidance) are provided on an "as‑is" and "as‑available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Regulatory outcomes and timelines depend on authorities and are not guaranteed.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will the Company be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to the Company for the Services giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the event.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its personnel from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your User Content, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure due to events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, wars, terrorism, riots, pandemics, governmental actions, or Internet/service provider failures.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for any breach of these Terms or unlawful activity. You may stop using the Services at any time. Certain provisions (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification) survive termination.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute shall first be resolved amicably; failing that, the parties agree to the jurisdiction of Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan (South Jakarta District Court), unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
